PayGo Utility Billing CSR Training

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users with customer and account creation privileges to create customers and accounts in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

• C01: Customer and Account Creation (30-45 Minutes)

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to complete essential payment processing tasks in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

• C02: Processing Payments (30-45 Minutes)

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to complete move-ins and move-outs in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to complete meter swaps in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to enroll and unenroll accounts in Equal Payment Plans in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.
