This 2-module course will provide administrative users with an overview of GL accounting and financials in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A00: Overview of GL Accounting in Utility Billing

• Module 1—Overview of GL Accounting in Utility Billing: Introduction & Overview (30 Minutes)
• Module 2—Overview of GL Accounting in Utility Billing: Essential Tasks (~30 Minutes) 

This 8-module course will equip administrative users to manage rates and adjustments in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A01: Managing Rates & Adjustments

• Module 1—Introduction & Overview
• Module 2—Create a Flat (Single-Tier) Rate
• Module 3—Create a Tiered Consumption Rate
• Module 4—Create & Assign a Consumption Rate Adder
• Module 5—Define & Associate a Demand Ratchet
• Module 6—Create a Flat One-Time Fixed Charge
• Module 7—Create & Auto-Assign Minimum Customer Charge
• Module 8—Create a Sales Tax & Assign It to a Minimum Charge and Base Consumption Rate 

This 4-module course will equip administrative users to manage billing cycles in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A02: Managing Billing Cycles

• Module 1—Introduction & Overview 
• Module 2—General Tasks: Create, Set Default, Assign Customer 
• Module 3—Finalization Tasks (Close Billing Cycle)
• Module 4—Adjust & Rebill a Finalized Billing Cycle

This 3-module course will equip administrative users to manage meters, meter commands, and disconnect rules in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A03: Managing Meters, Meter Commands, & Disconnect Rules

• Module 1—Introduction & Overview (20 Minutes)
• Module 2—Basic Meter Management: add a new meter, edit meter information, and assign a meter to a service point (20-30 Minutes)
• Module 3—Manage Meter Commands and Configure Disconnect Rules (20 Minutes)

This 2-module course will equip administrative users to schedule reports and event subscriptions in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A04: Managing Scheduled Reports & Event Subscriptions

• Module 1—Manage Scheduled Reports (20 Minutes)
• Module 2—Manage Event Subscriptions (20 Minutes)

This 3-module course will equip administrative users to manage notifications in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A05: Managing Notifications

• Module 1—Introduction & Overview (30 Minutes)
• Module 2—Admin Notification Management: Set up, send, and analyze messages (20-30 Minutes)
• Module 3—CSR Notification Management: Set up, send, and analyze messages (20 Minutes)

This 1-module course will equip administrative users to manage late fees in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

A06: Managing Late Fees

• Module—Essential Late Fee Management Tasks (30 Minutes)

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users with customer and account creation privileges to create customers and accounts in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to complete essential payment processing tasks in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.

This 1-module course will equip administrative users and CSR users to enroll and unenroll accounts in Equal Payment Plans in the PayGo Utility Billing payment and billing platform.
